Detailed report
At the clinical visit the dog had alopecia areas with leopard spots and intense itching. We proceeded on trichoscopic examination and the hair was found to be infected with dermatophytes. Aloeplus syrup therapy has been initiated and gel, and at the control after 3 weeks the itching had disappeared and the alopecia areas showed growth of the hair in the central area of the lesions. After another two weeks of treatment, the dog was completely cured.
