Detailed report

Luna lived in a shelter, run by volunteers, along with other dogs from which she was seriously attacked.
She was taken to the Dog’s Town facility and on the same day of the first visit, she was operated on in order to remove the necrotic tissues formed, and avoid the spread of gangrenosis and infections by septicemia.
Following the intervention, areas without muscle and skin tissue were created, impossible to surgically suture. For the first few days we proceeded to the administration of antibiotic and use of a cream based on hyaluronic acid. As soon as he met the informant and met the Aloeplus line, he met switched to the immediate use of Dermo Spray, 2 times a day on wounds and to Aloeplus Syrup orally.
The dog regained vitality and appetite in less than 48 hours, and after 30 days the wounds were well vascularized, with strong cell proliferation, pink color and circumscribed margins. On the 40th day we found the closure complete of the regions and the total healing of the dog.
